he got absolutely bossed on the boards by Giroux, who weighs about 160lbs soaking wet. after he fumbled a pass under no pressure.

Something that's pretty important for a wannabe goal scorer, I think. Laf is finally starting to shoot lots. 35 shots in his last 9 2/3rds games. And that's with pretty minimal pp time. Hopefully he keeps it up and we can eventually see the fruits of that labor.
