One of those teams the B`s that always seem to give the B`s some fits, as Pia said, just win

No excuse - they need two points tonight, preferably in regulation

Love the Whalers reference. Very first live game was in 1992 at the garden immediately following the work stoppage against Harford. My wife was with me and watched as a full grown man become a kid again. When I called my buddy at work in Nova Scotia in between periods with an update she commented that she couldn't believe how juvenile a grown man could be. Too late for her, she had already said I do. The Bruins did prevail which I will take as a good omen for tonight.

Let's Go Bruins!

The old Adams division days may have been one of my most favorite times.

I had an acquaintance back then who was a fan of the Forever Five Hundreds. I used to get on him about the empty seats. He mumbled something back about how the seats are full in the playoffs and I (of course) replied "Yeah, with Bruins fans. We'll see what happens if you ever get out of the first round!"

Good times.

Over a quarter of the way into the season and there are four Bruins with 5 goals or more. Awful.

And one of them is 4th line center Dominic Moore :amazed:

As much as I want to see Bergy get going tonight, I really want to see Krejci-Backes-Schaller(?) do some damage.

I'll take 7:30 or 8:00 starts all day over SNF and MNF.

I'll take 7:30 or 8:00 starts all day over SNF and MNF.

In the 50's into the mid 60's many Bruins games started at home at 8:30 PM. Same with the Red Sox.

The reason was WHDH Radio used to broadcast a church service from the Mission Church that was very popular in the postwar years. It was a different time.
