I gotta say, whoever it is doing the Flames broadcast is doing an EXCELLENT job. I could listen to these guys all day.

Cy Young winners in baseball tend to have records that look like 20-4.

Looks similar to Carter's Goals-Assists stats.
 
If Richie misses any time, move Carts to center and call up Kozun.

It's an unofficial "title" for a player who's goal to assist ratio resembles that of a Cy Young pitcher, Carter has 17 goals 2 assists, so 17-2, equivalent to a Cy Young pitcher's record.

If you mean TV it is Hockey Night In Canada. Mark Lee and Kelly Hrudey are doing the game, with Scott Oake as the third interviewer role.

Mark Lee has gotten better. I generally don't watch the late HNIC game, but Mark Lee isn't as annoying to me as he usually is.
