Their faceoff play is really worrisome. They shouldn't be that bad. Losing Stoll for faceoffs sucked, but he was the 3rd liner. Kopitar and Carter should be winning them more often than not.

That was a ****** clearing attempt from McNabb. Reminded me of the 90s Kings who would constantly trap themselves with their faile clearing attempts. Thankfully Brown recovered it and the PK has looked good thus far, faceoff losses aside.

I'm not gonna crucify McNabb, but that was a pretty weak effort.

Even later into the period, Doughty gives him a solid breakout pass , McNabb then proceeds to make the next pass into the skate of the breaking forward and its turned over. You can't pass that bad when you have zero pressure on you.

He's kind of forced to play in a position he shouldn't be in on the top pairing.

McNabb is fine as a bottom pairing guy, but he just seems finicky when the puck is on his stick while playing tougher minutes.

Given how hard the team's blueline has been hit since 2014, I guess they no other option but to try McNabb there. Growing pains.

Kings players throwing (shade) love Patrick O'Neal's way.

Gotta say, I'm missing seeing Reclamation Project's dry sense of humor.
