Norris can't one time it anymore lol. Still struggling to maintain possession and string passes together.

He could never maintain possession. At 5v5 he’s a decent defensive center with pretty much zero passing ability and puck possession skill.

Watched it for free but it was the Prime stream. Ignoring PQ that obviously wasn't the same using unofficial means, I didn't think the broadcast presentation was anything special. It was fine but I'd still rather have skipped everything but the 60 minutes of hockey itself.

I liked both kids. I know they’re trying to make an impression but they both close down on puck carriers very quickly and with purpose and finish their checks with some venom as well.

Both have really inproved since last year. Happy for Cole to get that goal.

I don't miss Don Cherry one bit and CBC did the right thing by firing his old wrinkly ass. But I do agree they should of fired Ron McLean too.

I feel like Gaudette is a bit too slow to play on the top line. I would try:

Tkachuk - Stutzle - Batherson
Norris - Pinto - Giroux
Perron - Greig - Gaudette
Reinhardt/Gregor - Ostapchuk - Amadio

I like how Ostapchuk was hitting everything like his NHL career depends on it.

Nice looking game too to bottom. Would have been nice to score more on the PP, but in the end we did more than enough to secure the win.

Prime getting into hockey is particularly intriguing for me. I would consider subscribing if it meant getting Sens games on the regular. Anyone who was using - can you watch on delay/after the fact? Also curious if their rights for it are worldwide, would hate to find out it didn't apply in Europe...
