The team isn’t playing that bad. The 2nd goal shouldn’t have went in and he should have stopped Terry’s too. They should have more than 1 goal but Gibson has made 2-3 grade A saves. The difference in the game is goaltending. If you switch goalies it’s 5-0 Rangers

What’s a long time? I’m not defending Halak whatsoever, however literally every goalie gives up a goal just like this around once or twice a year.

Again, not defending Halak, and I want him gone.

Very possible that I’m exaggerating.. but that was worse than any Georgiev softy I can remember from last year, and there were many of those.

But an unscreened muffin from a bad angle 50 feet out? Worst I can recall specifically within my degrading recent memory.

That penalty call on Kakko was terrible btw. Compete phantom call from refs who have been letting tons of interference and hooking go all night.

The Rangers haven’t been great tonight but they haven’t been “down 3-1” bad. In reality it should be 1-1 at worst. Halak gave up two bonafide softies.
