5th he lost track of the puck while Xhekaj couldn't stick check or swipe at the puck. Clearly no one communicated with Monty either to tell him where the puck was. Lack of communication on the ice seems like a huge issue actually. Other 4 were just brutal defensive breakdowns and poor turnovers. Team keeps giving away the slot like they're a charity.
