Clune couldn't fight when he was a King. I'm guessing the shield is indicative of that still being the case with Nashville.
He's had a very good season. Better than anyone on our third and fourth line.
::flips over to watch some actual hockey::
These ANA/PHX games are great
Clune had two fights as a King according to Hockey Fights and he was 1 and 1 (according to memory. I don't think he played as a King since the last I checked). He was a great fighter in the minors.
Most players in the league have been better than Penner, Stoll and King. Not exactly saying much.
Give me Nolan and Clifford any day of the week over Clune.
Do you not watch Jordan Nolan? He hits, fights (and well), and can score. Nolan >>>>>>>>>>>> Clune
Here's his full fight card:

See my last post. I love Nolan and we won with him, but Clune hits more, has more fights despite missing 5 games, and scores more is a system that scores less goals than the Kings.
Damn. that's way better than even i thought. How can anyone say he can't fight?
He had 7 preseason fights, 4 regular season fights, and 1 postseason fight with the Kings. He's not good at it but full props to him for taking on that role.
Man, Weber spent a hell of a lot of time on that shift with Kopitars jersey lodged in his free hand.
