Krug is playing some embarrassing hockey tonight. I know it may be a one off but that 2nd pairing tonight is just god awful

I disagree, He has to stay in the middle on that play. The goalie takes the shooter, his partner was out gambling and no backchecking from slow players. If we do not have him making passes and skating it out Rask is seeing a lot more shoots Krug and the team need a better #3 for him to play with, not bottom 6 guys playing above there skill level

Get Heinen or Cehlarik up here until Vatrano is ready. Use one of them + Spooner + Czarnik and mix and match with the above pairs.

There's a chance he will have no choice but to accept reality. The discussion tonight is telling...too many things to fix. The young guys behind Carlo are probably going to need to trickle in. Adding some genuine motor guys up front might not be a bad path. Hopefully guys like DeBrusk.

But there comes a point where even DS can't mentally justify buying. Just beg mercy and take the axe if it comes to that.

As bad as people are saying Krejci is playing, it needs to be said that Bergy has 5pts in 17 games playing with the team best two wingers.
