Seeing as we meet Minnesota, LA, Vegas, and then dallas right after this b2b you probably want helly starting as many of those as you can. Probably all of them tbh. Tough matchups. Helly plays tonight, gets the next night off, then gets the next 4. Then you give comrie st louis and buffalo after the road trip.

That also gives Helle extra days off twice in a row which he always struggles with

Will only be able to watch the start as I’m catching Gladiator 2 this evening, but I hope the Jets start off another winning streak tonight!

This is an insane road trip. If they go 3-3 that will be a success in my books
I'm going to miss the first two games of this trip, but I'll keep my fingers crossed (which makes it hard to type) that we get an effort like Tuesday's against Florida. I'll be happy also if we go 3-3 on the road but with the record we've accumulated so far, 4 wins isn't too much to hope for, is it?

I'm of the opinion that in a b2b situation you start your best goalie giving you the best chance to take the first game then give the backup the second game. Both Pittsburgh and Nashville are last in their respective division, not exactly tearing it up this year so there is no reason the Jets can't win both and it starts with tonight

Exactly. You can't sweep a b2b unless you win the first one.

I'm of the opposite opinion in this case. Pittsburgh is weaker and the team is fresher so they can help insulate crazy eyes. Nashville is a division rival and we can really step on their necks by winning so having the best goals on the planet in net makes sense, especially since the guys will be tired.

The guys will be tired. Helle may not be able to save them. Recipe for losing both ends of the b2b.

Win the first game, go into the 2nd on a high and win it too.

There is logic both ways but the logic of "you can't win both if you lose the first" is unbeatable.
