Nobody has put it better. ALL of them are way too comfortable.
This team needs, in no particular order.
1) An accomplished, winning coach and all new assistants picked by the new coach. Only keeper is Essensa.
2) A shocking trade.
3) A new management perspective. New attitudes and ideas.
Not sure if they presently have a plan.

I really don't want this guy as coach, but if sliding one over put Sacco in as coach and if the team still sucks throughout the year cut ties with him too at year's end. If they are going to suck, at least get a top draft pick out of it. Don't miss the playoffs by a point or 2 again.
