I've been thinking about that too. Defense has been a staple for years and then this guy comes along and nobody seems to know where to be. Leach could be sending conflicting messages with how the Bruins have usually ran their defensive zone. One huge problem I see too much is the wingers vacating the zone too quickly when the dman is still under pressure with the puck.

He was basically a minor league bum as a player. Not sure why any NHL D-man would listen to him.
