I've been watching mostly w/ the ipad lately on mute while the wife & I watch something more entertaining on the main tv haha

*edit. The Dallas game sealed it when they did nothing to Benn for that hit in a blowout game. Show some heart boys. Take a bunch of pims at the end. Not just crawl into a hole
This has been the way to go for me too this year. At least I can tune out the smaller TV once the game gets out of hand

I'll go out on a limb here and say the Bruins win.
Who's with me?
Bruins win to go to 5-2-2 a 109 point pace for the 9 November games

Not sure why Monty doesn’t go heavy periods one and two with Pastrnak, Coyle, Carlo, E Lindholm, McAvoy etc who have infants at home and go heavy with the guys without kids in the third

It’s just common sense

Monty ‘no juice’ icomment in third periods is very appropriate

Should be a baby clause in a contract. More kids less money, its only fair for both sides

I would honestly rather watch the Maine Mariners lineup fighting for their lives to win an NHL job over Pastrnak mindlessly dangling / turning the puck over repeatedly and Swayman watching the puck zip past him while he daydreams about what kind of yacht to buy.
and watch the 11 others forward with zero offense having absolutely no idea what to do with the fu*#% puck !

Gonna be another snooze fest game I bet.
Will I put myself through it? More than likely.
Do you think that if they brought up the entire Providence team, they could do any worse? With the inability to make or take a pass, clear the zone, clear the net front, hit anyone, and nobody wanting to shoot the puck, I see not much chance of anything changing against the CBJ.

Come on Wally dont let the numbers fool you. He's been our best forward according to some.
Certainly one of the few giving the effort every night however. He and Kastelic are the only 2 I think I can say that about. Perhaps Marchand also, results aside he leads with effort.

Looking forward to a Viel vs Olivier tilly tonight! That should get some energy going in the building.

Bruins win this one 5-1. Viel jersey sales go through the roof! He becomes the Bruins modern day PJ Stock!

If Mr. 8.25 decides to stand up for a second or two longer rather than flopping to his knees and exposing the corners...he might actually stop something.

Man I miss this. Heart!

I got lit up like a Christmas tree last night and was f***ing pissed, but showed some restraint when I went to smash my stick over the crossbar, instead holding back and only giving it a moderate tap.

Those suckers are expensive!

Is this a must win game for Monty?
You do wonder if they have some sort of internal threshold in place as far as a timeline or how bad it would have to look for them to pull the trigger.

I mean, what's worse, getting blown out 7-2 against a great team or coughing up a lead in the 3rd period and losing in OT to a crappy team? (and looking like shit in the process)

Or does the fact that they're sort of staying afloat in the standings buy him more slack?

In the words of an excitable questioning Jack Edwards “who has more fun than us?”..

Everyone! Everyone has more fun than us.
