Ok so the team is choosing to move on so this is a place to discuss that. Hopefully Woll is able to find his form from the Bruins series last year now that he can prepare for the game knowing he is starting and not going in cold after not playing in 3 weeks.

I don't expect any lineup changes. We need to come out with the same intensity again next game and have the early lead

The Leafs lead for 59 minutes in game 1. I'm hoping for more of the same in game 2. Early lead, then bend but don't break.

I have just as much confidence in Woll as Stolarz. Get well soon, Stollie. I'm going to enjoy the performance of our other starter, Brick Woll, while he's needed.

I'd love to see some more from Domi and McMann. And I hope Marner can give his son a good first hockey watching memory. But overall the team was great.

Woll has taken over the net and played lights-out in two playoff series. He can do it again.

This is going to be a long and tough series, and we're up against what is probably the toughest opponent in the league this year. Take it a game at a time. We're off to a great start, keep that going and find something to rally around. Whether that's Stolarz, the underdog narrative, or "these guys are all rats", keep pushing.

I will be saying all series that our guys almost always raise their games against tough opponents. We saw that last night, let's see it continue. Go Leafs Go.

I wonder why Hildeby is the #3 goalie. Is Murray totally cooked? Or is he injured again? You’d think they would have him ahead of Hildeby in case something happens to Woll just because of the experience factor.
Was thinking the same last night. Anyone know when the last time Murray played? If Stolarz is out for any length, I'm assuming the Leafs can call up another Goalie?

It wouldn't make much of a difference who you have back there at that point. Hildeby is pretty talented but people remember some tough games when he played with the Leafs towards the end of his stint.

This is where you hope a veteran coach like Craig Berube can steady or inspire the room. If the Leafs come out flat (or worse, skittish) after how the last game ended, I think people are going to be very disappointed even if they head back to Florida with the split.

Make this a hockey game, don't get drawn into the theatrics, and try to capitalize on special teams.

I think(would hope) that Florida taking out their #1 goalie and the league doing absolutely nothing about it that they would come shot out of a cannon tomorrow night. Stoke that us against the world mentality.
