Totally feels ad-hoc. No effort put into this, which is a shame.
Our opening nights used to be epic.

I think it's done on purpose. Too many time in the past the org hyped a bad team and it always backfire. We are still in rebuild mode no reason to put useless pressure on kids not ready. The message is clear we are not winning anything this year.
