Gallagher can't follow the NHLs pace anymore. I'm not talking about his skating speed. His reaction speed is what you see from 18-19 year olds during their 9 game trials.

Bad conditioning leads to low oxygen levels in the brain and slow/weird decision making. I'm sure it's a factor with him...
