Had noticed his improved language skills two nights back during the postgame. Is he becoming a regular interview now or something?

I think so now that his role is expanded.

On a related note, Nikitin's English is supposedly much improved after spending the lockout with coaches that were speaking English to him. I did notice Tyutin, Nikitin, Bobrovsky, and Anisimov conversing during and after the Nashville game. That's a great sign for the team.
