Army doesn't construct the lines. This is a coaching staff decision, and it falls on Bannister and company. What Army does need to realize is that Bannister's current incentive is to make this team competitive enough so that he can find another NHL coaching position when his contract runs out in 2 seasons. With these current injuries and where this team is in the standings, Bannister's priorities clearly dont align with developing players like Bolduc. That's where Army should either send Bolduc down or think about a trade.
