This a new low.

Three years ago the team was mid-rebuild, losing was expected. Now they're up agains the cap and clearly trying to compete.

Last season an anomaly...All the advanced stats/analytics types scratched their heads as to how we won games, but the extended losing streaks were pretty clear as to how this team under Lalonde just isn't capable.

All these UFAs that Yzerman had signed aren't as bad as we currently see - they were competent NHL'ers prior to arriving to Detroit...Not gonna hold my breath as to what needs to be done.
