Kostin isn't a healthy scratch for a change and scores a pair?

He'd probably get a Gordie and beat up Raz.

Lagesson with a recall today. Probably means bad news for Ed?

Says a lot about the defensive prospects when the team calls up a journeyman AHL tweener. Him and Rafferty are doing better than all of the prospects aside from ASP. Even with the forwards, Watson and Shine lead the team in points though Lombardi and Nate are heating up.

There's really a big gap between AHL and NHL, you can see it when the tweeners like Lagesson, Watson, and Czarnik wind up being warm bodies in the NHL but stars in the AHL. It's why I wasn't impressed by Kasper and Mazur's half point per game season last year. Even Bowey has managed half point seasons, though not this one.

Wearing my Zadina jersey tonight for good luck.
With as much shit that I got for criticizing Zadina, I wouldn't be surprised if a few people here actually did buy Zadina jerseys. Same with Copp.

"Paleontology textbooks figure that sharks probably first evolved around 410 - 420 million years ago - sometime in the Late Ordovician or Early Devonian Periods. Red Wings fans figure their last relaxed and good feeling about their team was probably back on February 26 when Patrick Kane scored his storybook "Showtime" goal in the overtime period. In tonight's survival of the fittest struggle in LA, the Sharks will be above the water not below it, and Detroit will be below the playoff line not above it. Here's hoping that the next winning period for the visiting team isn't 400 million years in the future."

I think that's a stretch. The Wings top D prospect by far is in the SHL, and probably the #2 is injured.

What teams would trade young D corps with the Wings? Jersey maybe?

So the Jackets are going to beat Boston

Montreal is up 1-0

Anaheim is up 3-0

If San Jose wins this game in regulation, we are officially 2nd last in the NHL only ahead of Shitcago

Hooooooooh boy that sounds extremely sad but I think Stevie will see the standings and realize he's on the hot seat if the coaching doesn't get dealt with

Hilarious the more I think about though. Keep Fester and tank for Misa baby

Impossible not to when you grew up with Jurrasic Park, Walking with Dinosaurs and The Land Before Time ;)

Better times...
I did 2 years towards a Masters in Paleo. Never finished. But it's a fantastic field. If you liked Walking with Dinosaurs check out the Ultimate Dinosaur Collection DVDs the BBC did at that time. GREAT stuff. And mostly accurate enough.

Another great Plausible Keats. But I'm pretty sure the San Jose Sharks are in San Jose.
