Since this team likely wouldn't be a bottom 5 team for the next 65 games and won't sell players to sustain that (probably 10th-15th worst finish again with Lalonde), I'm hoping they get absolutely crushed tonight, Walman gets first star, and Lalonde rides off into the sunset far away from this team

Need a change in the room and light a fire under these guys' asses. Maybe Yzerman can get ballsy mid-season, trade a prospect and picks to add that top 4 RHD or a top 6C/W with size and speed. We have plenty of assets to move and I'm sure we can wiggle around some cap space
