I don't know if it's because of his play. Because at some point early in the 2nd period, after a play, Slaf slammed his stick on the ice while going on the bench and yelled "F**K!!" You heard it really clearly on the TVA Sports broadcast. I don't know why. But maybe MSL punished him for that?

I don't know the real reason he was benched, but I don't have a problem him being benched. Him being a 1st OA pick shouldn't be an immunity.

I will say that if it is because of his play, then MSL should've benched Dach by now.

MSL did something similar with Slaf last year. I remember him being benched for like a few shifts against the Coyotes. He came back fuming and destroyed Liam O'Brien.

Love Arseneau for Laval. But he's a career AHL'er. D-Lo is one of the top heavyweights in the entire league.

Dlo isnt a nhl player a this point in his career and it's coming from someone who love him. Even if he never played in the NHL, Arseneau is a better player right now
