I think it's Monty in reality but sometimes you can see Kelly coaching them before a pp on the bench

This entire coaching staff except for Essensa needs to go, he gets a pass because of his long tenure as a top notch goalie coach. The ST's are an utter disaster and the Bruins legendary structured play has completely disappeared this year. I don't know what these coaches are but whatever it is it ain't working. The Bruins may no longer be a SC contender but they are a lot better then this. At the least they should be playing tight defensive Flyer type hockey.

My worry is one of these assistants gets promoted when they fire Monty, which seems inevitable now. How could they justify giving an internal chance to run this team?
