I mean that's great, nothing against him, but he brings the exact same skillset of about half their bottom 6, though maybe he can help out the PK
I think he's up to be 13F, not play. Maybe at all. If there was an opening in the top 9 (and there will be once they realize that Tyler Johnson isn't adding anything), then it's time for one of the kids. No real reason to bring them up to sit every night, even Farinacci.

The Bruins?

I don't see that as even a remote possibility with their personnel.
I hear ya and it's a pipe dream to even think they will play this way but c'mon how can it not be possible. Frederic, Kastelic, McAvoy, Zadorov are more than capable but just don't do it. Has to be a coaching decision to neuter. Anyone on the team is capable. Some of the cleanest best hits I've seen are from Marchy. Even Brown coming up can hit. Don't buy that they can't. Largest team and defence in the league. Has to be on the coach.

Sorry to hear about Hampus. He’s hardly been an issue this year and their best d-man.

Let’s see how they step up. Build off the third last game and win a grinding road game in Big D!

As others have said, it’s one thing to lose it’s another to see a poor effort. Hope the effort is there tonight

Advanced stats say the complete opposite. So do my eyes. He's had some of the best individual games for a Bruins d-man, yes, but he's also had a lot of clunkers this year.

What advanced stats are those? 5on5 Lindholm is...

1st in Shot Attempts for/against.
1st in Goal differential.
1st in Scoring Chance differential.
1st in Expected Goal %.

And he's doing that with 63% Dzone starts.

Agreed Lindholm has been the best deeman this year, unless someone needs glasses, lol.

Glad Brown got the call, he was better than meh Johnson in pre-season.

Beat me to it. Lindholm's had his struggles, same as the rest, especially on the kill, but I think he's been our best defender overall and certainly the best at driving transition and offense for the Bruins. Our only defender at present with a positive corsi. He'll be missed.
