Lightning haven't won a game since October. Granted that's only 4 losses in a row, as they have had an entire week off since their last game, so plenty of time to prepare. Point hasn't played since leaving the Jets game. He appears to be doubtful for the game in spite of the time off.

I wonder if there is any bad blood spilling over from the Kucherov cheap shot going into this game.

Normally when I see that a team we were playing had lost 4 or more games in a row I would get a sense of dread. "They're due", and more often than not it seemed that we would lose.
I don't feel that way this season, even though I realize that losing is inevitable.

BUT... if we can get this one then the story line going into the back to back Panthers games will be too juicy.

C'mon Barron... get that monkey off your back.
I'd love another long shot from Miller to find it's way in and of course a sprinkle of offence from our top 9.

I'm always cheering for Cole to rack up the points as that confidence boost seems to super charge him.

I love Quincy. Not long ago, I noticed that Quincy's first girlfriend on the show (Lynette Mettey), also wore the same swimsuit in an episode of Barnaby Jones.

Seriously what test?
Sure the Jets can have an off night or run into a hot goalie and lose but I have seen enough of their play this year that the Jets are for real and a top contender for the SC.

I do miss having bro as the backup. Even though Comrie has a perfect record he still gives me the clenches when he's in net.

Last game it was our starter and their backup and that was essentially the difference (outside of absolutely aero officiating that we overcame).

This time it'll be their stater vs. Our backup, so a tougher test. As much as I hated the play that kucherov made against Connor he's a hell of a hockey player and can do plenty of damage. Keeping him in check will be key
