The 4th line seems like the only one generating real chances. I have been pretty disappointed with Wright's play. He has not been a negative, but we need more production from him and his line. Maybe he needs to sit for a game or two.

Even when Wright looks good, he doesn't make much happen. Sitting him a game might be a good idea. Or juggling linemates--it not as though the other lines are clicking except for Gourde's.

I don't know that it would be as noticeable if half the forwards on this team weren't complete passengers.

I don't even know if the issue is that we have passengers. I mean, I know we do but to me it's just more that they don't keep things simple. Drive the net. Park yourself in front of it. I see that happen all the time. Skater behind the net, but nobody to pass to infront of the net. So many passes just go through.

We don't really have players who can dangle all the way to the net and score a highlight reel goal. Play to your strengths. I know I am oversimplifying it but geez. Go to the damn net.

Yeah, they're creating a lot of chances and (for that period at least) felt like they had control of the general flow of play. They just need to turn some of those chances into the "high danger" variety.
