That team had almost no skilled players. It was a LOT worse than this team. An almost washed up Mike Sillinger was their top scorer, they also had Eric Boguniecki, sand Dean McAmmond. The Ghost of Eric Brewer was our best defenceman. It was pretty awful. But this team, with its best players out, is tough to watch.
Petr Sejna and Christian Backman were going to save the team.

These teams lately are more unlikeable though. Atleast that team had the goaltender with Marvin the Martian on his mask.

All of this winger depth is throwing everything off, which is sorta where I stand with Texier. The dude's got good hands and a great motor, but he's slotted out of his depth.

On the other hand, these are just excuses.

Bannister’s post game comments just prove to me even more that he is way out of his depth. Don’t expect him to go anywhere anytime soon but he stinks

Dumb penalty by Sunny there and I agree I’d rather see Kyrou on that line instead at that point in the game, he was playing well.

I will say though, looking at the replay of that penalty Sunny took it really didn’t look like he hit the goalie that hard, he fell back real easily late after the initial contact to sell it more.
