Kind of a no-win week here.

Anything less than clear dominance in all three games will be a disappointment. And even clear dominance in all 3 games won't actually be satisfying.

God forbid we miss out on some of these points.

Anyways, confirmed lineups with GSVA from theathletic.com:

yeah, think i will respectfully disagree.
Three lopsided wins would feel really good for me, thanks.
But Papi scoring a bunch of goals, Jumbo Joe looking like he has recovered, Hyman firing up Nylander and JT,
wow, I have no shortage of things that would be satisfying.
Go Leafs Go!!!!!!

I think that Joe knows best and the coach knows best and the trainers know best and the organization knows best and that decisions nowadays are made with health and professionalism and team goals and player output in mind and studied extensively
I'm sure he'll be fine, even if he plays 20 minutes. But, that is an option if needed. He's 41 and hasn't played in a month.

Hogberg doesn't know where his posts are, so the boys need to come out hungry to pad their stats. Looking for 5/6 points in this little series, which could be tricky because the Sens always elevate their play against us. They're going to look like an NHL team tonight.

I’m old enough to remember when people told me Hyman had no business being in our top nine, never mind six, now he’s routinely the guy that needs to go in to get a top line going.

It was fair to question his position in the lineup early on, he was limited offensively but he worked his ass off every night

He's worked hard to make himself a solid top 6 offensive producer and can give the skill guys a real boost

I'm old enough to remember when people were just happy to be right and didn't need to make themselves feel better by pointing it out to everybody, do you feel vindicated now?

This seemingly uneventful mundane game against the last place Sens in a long season normally wouldn’t move the needle .
With this years team and expectations and the development of our young stars and coaching , should have more weight than the Shabs game , as the rebound game after that less spectacular one I feel , should be extremely important, and the follow up ones and then back with those Habs as a payback game ..
That’s how great teams tend to business in the big leagues
Go Leafs Go

I'd like to see them keep up the intensity. A few close games will hopefully force that. Easy wins are great but that can lead to complacency. Willie and Johnny T. start clicking at even strength and that 3rd line contributes a bit. Soup got that first one last week so let's hope it's the start of a productive run.

Not sure all your own baggage belongs here, merely pointing out how far this guy has come in Leafs fans eyes. From an anchor to booster.
