The Flyers come into tonight’s game after a 4-3 shootout win over the San Jose Sharks on Monday night. Monday’s game marked the third game in a row that saw the Flyers go to the shootout, which points towards tonight being a close game. Last season saw the Senators go 2-1 in a three game season series with the Flyers.​

Historically, this group's core takes a game off against a weaker team after they've played well vs good teams.

It's funny to say, considering the Flyers may end up closer to a lottery team, but I think these are the games where we really see if things have turned a corner.

The Islanders game last week (coming off great games against NYR and Seattle) is the type of game I fear most from this team. They played well but couldn't come up clutch until after they allowed goals in bunches. Hopefully they're turning the corner.
