Hopefully both the defense and Lehner play better than last game.

Lehner saved 38 of 42, would have been 38 of 41 if they blew the whistle when they normally do, and I don't think any of the goals could be placed on bad goaltending.

Tonight is going to be a bloodbath in my opinion, though.

Carolina on fire, two of our best defensive defensemen out, continued top line forward absences, Marchessault who has carried our offense out and only finding out about it today, Pietrangelo probably playing 30 minutes again may catch up to him.

We're 8-2 in our last ten though, so I'm already prepared to give a mulligan on a bad game today.
