REMINDER: THERE IS TO BE NO TANK TALK IN GDT.

The GDT is a place to discuss the game, piss on the refs, cheer for our team & make fun of Buffalo. It is NOT to cheer losses. If you wish to do that, there is now a tank thread for that.

Warnings or thread bans may occur if you use this thread to cheer for a Canadiens loss.

Go Habs!!

Some new line combos this morning at practice

The youngest guy on the team is the only one to even bump the guy who just dumped Dach from behind.

I love Suzuki but he has no fire.

" He's gotta get his game shape back" takes months i heard
Elite players like Kucherov and Stone heal from multiple injuries to get back and kick ass for the playoffs. Our Caufield needs 12+ months to heal from minor shoulder surgery and Dach looks like he’s forgotten how to play hockey.

I can't deal with Dach anymore. Not like he's shown a lengthy history of being excellent to deserve this much rope. 15 games in and he still looks just as awful as the start despite being ready to play at the end of last season. Did this guy just sit on his ass all offseason?
I mean Cole took an entire year to get his shot back and the medical journals I read about his specific shoulder injury did say it takes about a full year of rehab after it's recovered to get full mobility back. Dach could be facing a similar issue with his knee, or may be apprehensive about going into specific situations until he feels 100%. I certainly wouldn't gift him PP1 forever though. Drop him off and put Hutson on it if Matheson has to be there too. I don't know why Marty insists on 4 forwards when we don't have four forwards better than Lane Hutson or Matheson with the puck.
