Too young yet. I don't think he'll ever be a big impact guy but at the same time he's only played like what, 50 games at the NHL level? Without any other pro level experience.

Monty is Sweeney and Neely's shield right now. If he gets let go at this point and they bring someone else in and the team continues to play like crap, there is no one to lay blame on but themselves at that point for constructing this roster. Kinda like how Julien was the fall guy and Cassidy was the fall guy for the multiple holes in Sweeneys lineup every year.

We could have got Forsling, Bennett, and Reinhart, kudos to their management. They have ex Bruins Boqvist, AJ Greer and Nosek. Plus they have a great coach and play a system. Their star players play like star players one of ours is old and the other playes old.

Nah they still in this like I said win a couple and were like in top 3 Atlantic standings. It's too tight to panic right now.

Those are words of someone in over his head, as if he's given up.

Three out of four mushrooms is too many!
This is the third time Monty has said "I don't have an answer" for something going wrong this season.
We are only 16 games in.
Deserved that outcome. Probably should have lost in regulation. Went nearly half the game without a shot on goal heading into overtime. This actually does remind me of the Dave Lewis era Bruins. Zero confidence. Little backbone to speak of. No structure in any facet of the game. PP sucks. PK sucks. Blowing leads left and right, early and often.
You're missing the forest for the trees...they've played two games more than three of the teams behind them and one more than the other two. They are much closer to last place, at this pace, than you seem to realize.
This team should NOT be a question mark for a playoff spot.
