McAvoy needs to be in close in order to score goals . He can’t shoot at all from a distance like Brad Park , Ray Bourque could. It’s at the point now where it isn’t Charlie’s fault anymore it is Montgomery’s.

So many of the problems are coaching/system problems, skating into each others lanes, no consistency in lineups, poor game planning where other teams know where you’re trying to move the puck, looking for only high quality opportunities instead of just shooting.

He is the only scorer, Jake was never replaced
