i continue to watch mclellan change the pp unit after 30 seconds all the time. im tired of it. i see every other team keep their top unit on for 1:20ish not 30-40 secs, followed by 40 secs for unit 2 and then the handzus line. its like clockwork. if you wanna have the big boys get the pp out of their funk, keep them on the ice. makes me so angry.

I don't feel good about this game. The Sharks are gonna get a bad bounce and lose. Only way I would be optimistic is if we had a 3 goal lead going into the 3rd. It's tied and Chicago's been clutch as hell.

I thought Olczyk was was NHL network?

No, it's the just the CSN Chicago Feed, although this year the NHL Network now uses it's own graphics. That's why when the CSN Chicago guys start talking about something with an obvious graphic that they have, NHL network shows their own (unrelated) graphic.

Okay, makes sense. Well, that's better, but the Hawks guys are still huge homers. Up their with Pittsburgh's.

Chicago broadcasters always "talk to the youngsters" out there and point out what the opposing team's players are doing [always negative]. Then showing the kids how to do it the right way, using the Hawks as an example.

I hate watching other broadcasts! I need MY bias commentary!

Sharks broadcast is only biased on the reffing(drew)

They call the sharks out a lot. And interview other teams players a lot. One if the better productions in the league imo

A few times tonight they have praised the Sharks for certain play. They aren't as bad as the Red Wings guys.

What I've noticed that I find interesting (in a bad way) is that I've seen them do 2 Sharks/Hawks games this season, talk up a STORM about how good the Sharks are defensively, many times show our defensive master mind associate coach talking to a dman, but not ONCE do they even utter the name "Larry Robinson."

Randy/Drew always point out assistants for other teams, but for some reason Eddie O doesn't want to say "Larry Robinson."

Easy way to shut them up would be to kick their teams ass. Unfortunately for us, that is not happening.

No, still wouldn't do it. Apparently Stalberg's goal came from a "swing of momentum from a great PK", not because it ricocheted off of Burns.

Exactly. Yeah, Drew has his homerish rants, but for the most part he and Randy are very fair and actually talk about the other team and call out the Sharks for making a mistake.

It would up to a point though. If your team is not doing well, there is only so much you can talk about from a homer standpoint.

Plus from personal experience, that stuff is less bothersome if the Sharks were winning too.

They make stuff up, don't worry, they'd be able to make stuff up. One guy got all orgasmic when Krueger won a faceoff, and another when Hjalmarsson blocked a routine shot.

Of course it's less bothersome if we were winning because then you can just laugh, but they are just as bad regardless.
