I too, want their rebuild to truly begin so they can start to totally suffer like we have for nearly a decade. No org deserves a lengthy long rebuild more than the Pens.

And some of that is already happening, one less body to worry about, Pens deal Lars Eller to the Caps.

You could make that argument, but I say the Pens because of my bitterness to 09.

I feel an argument for Chicago suffering a long rebuild is also fair and I kinda feel like they are getting that right now. Bedard alone ain't fixing them.

The Pens are beatable, I'm still waiting on that early season surge game where we put up 8-9 goals and then go back to barely scoring. Maybe this can be that big game, 7-2 Wings final. LGW!

I have to say that this is the worst scheduling for the Wings I can remember in a while, and it's not helping anything. Imagine if they were playing good hockey consistently and had a few more wins - we'd be screaming here about this stutter-stop schedule killing momentum. As it is...

I've been disappointed in season starts before, but never bored. Now I'm bored. They're not playing well, not playing interesting hockey, not winning, not playing different teams, and not easy to "get into" because of the scheduling.

Bleah.

Maybe I should challenge somebody to a limerick fight to get us back into the game here. Who wants to go?

Yeah I’d moreso look at the upcoming 4-5 games as a stretch where they need to put together some wins or the questions about coaching change/trades will become more legit.
