Matt Rempe is currently in the 99th percentile of outcomes for him and the fanbase should celebrate that instead of wishing he was a 5'10 174lb. finesse winger with the same stat line.

He should spend the time spent in filming commercials by becoming a better player. My mans is a -6 with no points and 2 PIM in 5 games played so far this season in the AHL.

If he was a NHL ready player, he wouldn't be that shit across multiple leagues

you're getting it twisted. i want nothing more than for rempe to live his best life - have a 17 year career, make loads of dough, be in commercials, become a spokesman for physical hockey, a commentator, a husband, a father.. i'm rooting for his personal success because he seems like a great kid who loves the game, and has had a tough go of it in his life.

i just don't want him to be a Ranger. i think his value will always be inflated for reasons that don't actually contribute to winning hockey at the highest level, and for that reason there will always be someone who can do his job better for less $$.
