Damn, in honesty nice. I am trying to lose about 10. To get my girly figure back. Not working. Beer and pastry gets in a way.
Funny enough, my appetite has shrunk so much that I don't really feel the need to pig out and have a whole pizza and wings or anything like that. The sweet tooth is what got me today.

I find that most of the time I eat with my brain and not my stomach. It's like "dinner time - gotta fill up that plate" even though no really feeling hungry. Always feel like cake though.

Man. Hat off to all these veterans but there is no way I want to live that long. Imagine watching Habs at 101 and they are still haven't flipped da switch.
I want to live to 111 so I can disappear from my Eleventy-First Birthday Party like Bilbo Baggins.

I've gone most of my life with the worst eating habits ever. Tried cutting down to 2 meals and try to make at least one of them relatively healthy. It's done wonders for me just thinking that more calories would hurt my progress. Of course, I can't really give advice considering I just scarfed down ice cream and cookies lol.

Food for the soul... very important for mental health :)
