Win is a win, but I actually think they played an overall good game.

My big takeaway from this game is their 5 on 5 play really got going when we weren't taking a penalty every 5 minutes. Which is a big improvement from whatever the hell October was.. I still think there's a team here. Lots on mental mistake to clean up though.

Their best players were their best players tonight, and they won. Who woulda thought?

Korpisalo played great. Trending well. Hampus was a monster. Pasta created. Freddy.. skated? I thought everyone had moments.

Stay out of the box, figure out the PP. I think this team can get going here..

Not a great game , it could have gone either way ... take the two points and run.

If we can somehow improve our brutal ST's I think we will be ok, we have so many guys who are snakebitten, that should change. A coaching change or two with the PP and PK may be necessary, these units look terrible, it cannot continue.

Liked the energy tonight from the Bruins. Marchand and Pasta especially... thought they both looked dynamic for most of the night.

Korpi let in a long range stinker ( his Achilles heel... you can tell the book is out on him with the amount of long range shots they fired on him tonight) but overall was fine. I'll be honest though.. even when hes stopping the puck, Korpi worries me. He looks smaller than listed and even his pads looks smaller than the average goaltender's.

Hampus Lindolm really drove the play when he was out there and when hes playing like that, I think he looks like he did in his first full season here.

This is a solid game they can build off of...three wins in four games now.

That was a fun one. Bruins owned the first half and the Flames pushed back well in the second.
That backcheck and dig on the boards is what makes Elias a good NHL C. He's not a 1C and he's probably not going to produce like one but that's the stuff he does consistently. Once in a while he'll go on a shooting heater too.

Zadorov was brutal. Always been a rollercoaster player and remember he looked horrible his first ~2 months with the Flames before he settled in and was pretty good from there on out.

Good to see Brad and Korpi clutch up in OT.

I would need to look at roster a bit and salaries
It's going to be interesting to see what happens with Freddy. I guess a bunch of teams would like him.
Says he wants to retire a Bruin.
We'll see how much $$$ he wants to be.
Sweeney needs to be proactive.
If he can't sign him, don't lose him for nothing.
