That starting time... impossible to watch live, as usual. US should win, Sweden has an unusually weak roster, most stars already play in the NHL and a lot of untimely injuries. But Sweden can always surprise with their team spirit.
 
Sweden has somehow found a way as of late against USA. More so than before anyways. I expect a close game.
 
Hoping for a loss actually, maybe if we stop winning all these preliminary round games we'll actually go all the way for once (plus I'm tired of hearing about it). Having a Miracle on Ice US - Norway moment early on might be good.
 
Any info about starting goalie for the Swedes? Eriksson Ek is availible i presume.
Keyser or Primeau for the Yanks?

I remember waking up at 3:30 in the morning to watch when the tournament was in Ufa. Something about getting up that early just enhances the experience which makes the tournament all the more special, although, it really helps I was on vacation and didn't have to work.

Yep , me too.......................it actually adds a little bit of special to it.

Remember getting up real early for that big game against sweden in Gavle in 1993, well worth it.


Time starts don't bother me unless they get crisscrossed with work.
 
Son of Kjell is playing against the good guys. Kjell is one of the biggest people I've ever seen in person.
 
Kinda miss waking up really early when the games are played overseas. Anywho I expect a good game. Sweden is always solid. No predictions but I expect and I want a fast pace game.
