I am watching Dragicevic play Regina (2A so far for him). I am going to probably watch the Catton game next. I got a subscription for the WHL/CHL/OHL package and am trying to follow the prospects a bit.

I do need to comment on Ian Furness in this role he’s got. He’s been great. A major step up from the rotating cast on Root. I do miss Nick a bit, but the rotating folks from Root were generally contributing nothing, only leading the conversation and in a couple of cases, not very well. I will say that these threads do lack a certain poster (I’m looking at you Ray) complaining about “the British guy”. Lmfao.

I was a little optimistic before the start of the season. I got more hopeful after the first 5 games, but the last few games have left me resigned to this being another shitty season. I am ok with Francis waiting till game 30 or so to see how we are trending but I would really not want to wait any longer if things are not trending upwards. Atleast try to get a top-10 pick in the upcoming draft.

That’s the real issue, they are trending in the wrong direction. They should be trending upwards as they gel, but it’s been the opposite.
