I have no real insight other than being a lifelong fan & a couple of decades of experience in upper management/HR.

I think the dressing room is divided/splintered similar to the Coaching Staff / Management Team.

Until those conflicts / wounds are healed, I see the Team continuing to struggle on the ice.

Competency & Confidence come from cohesion.


Just my 2 cents.

Yeah cause you are definitely awesome after editing and deleting a message.

Guy is not on his game at all and most likely ever. His contract finishes next year.
You'll be one of the bandwagoners next year saying how nice to have him off the books.
