Just a friendly reminder. The next 48 hours will be historic one way or another for this election.
We must stay away from any specific comments or debates about it. Aside from let your voice be heard and exercise your right to vote we must leave it at that.
I thank you all in advance for exercising restraint and respecting the no politics rule you all agreed to abide by.

Thanks.
Bears repeating.

We’re going to have zero room for discretion surrounding this topic tonight.

Any comments political in nature will be deleted and you’ll be threadbanned from the GDT.

I don't know who uses that stuff anymore; current prep is done primarily with Mirilax, and one less day of special diet. They also have a much better anesthetic (propofol).

Fug politics.

Spent my day yesterday throwing out barrel after barrel of leafs. Don't see why tonight has to be any different. 🍁🚫
I was in Mr & Mississauga (just outside of Toronto) today. Mississauga has trucks that vacuum up their leafs on the roadside......and mulches them immediately! I took it as a
sign of things to come tonight!

Maybe he is prepping for his first colonoscopy tomorrow morning like me!

Don’t worry folks I won’t miss a thing in this thread, I can read and post from anywhere these days, isn’t technology great?!
Yep, it all works out in the end.

And there have only been 60 presidential elections total. The frigging Leafs have gone without a Cup for one quarter of the time the US presidency has existed!
There are no color photos of a leaf championship :D

I just stood in line for 1 1/2 hours to vote. It was a nice day out.

Many years ago when my daughter was little I took her to the voting booth as she was interested in government and politics. She saw the write in line and I explained how you could put someone you wanted on the ballot. She wanted Tom Petty.
We voted early in person....no line.
It's kinda funny how they make a big deal about election day, but it's really the last day of what has been going on for weeks.
