Remember how good everyone felt after Saturday against Seattle and Brady’s post-game interview? Something felt “different” for the first time in forever only for…this.

Good luck in Boston and Toronto I guess. This is probably going to slip away from us real fast again. We had two very winnable games we threw that would have probably put an end to the November nerves we all have.

- Team can't just wake up in the last 10 minutes of the game and expect to win. I think the line shuffling woke them up.

- We need more playmaking from the D, only the Chabot pairing is doing this. Don't know if Sanderson is injured but he needs to get more involved, and there's no more Hamonic excuse now. Even Kleven needs to start taking some chances. We're lacking PMDs; good thing we're compensating with cross-checks though!

- I don't know what's going on with Norris. Mentally he seems off, but it must be based on something physical, probably still the shoulder?

Yeah they’re likely toast already 1-3 in NOV and tons of pressure, which we know they can’t handle

They’ll probably lose to BOS and TOR and if so fall to 6-9, 1-5 in NOV and 1-7 on the road…

Hence my thread about consistency. This is the most Jeckyll and Hyde team I've ever been a fan of.
No I think we know exactly what it is.

Is it too early or too late to officially consider ourselves in the playoff race? Congrats, we win!

Is this the perfect oppurtunity to finally take the next step and be considered playoff contensers? Uh oh, we lost due to some bad bounces!

We sucked in the first period, came away tied

We were much better the second period, but a breakdown and a brutal none call lead to two goals against.

Third was a bad goalie giveaway putting us in too deep a hole to get out of, though we did turn it up and make it close.

The game wasn't as bad as some are making it out to be but it also wasn't good enough, especially the first.

It was bad. We can make all the excuses we like, but this is exactly what our team did last season. Late period goals against, early period goals against. A lack of attention to detail, a lack of playing hard all the way through the game. Tonight was a typical give-it-away early Ottawa Senators game. If Green can't beat this out of them, then it's time to start talking trades and coach firing again.

Brady is going to try that his whole career and never score.
Lord help us if Matthew scores a Michigan! Given Brady's apparent single-minded focus on scoring a goal between the legs to match Matthew's, I assume Brady would spend the rest of his career playing lacrosse while all around him play hockey. It comes down to priories and he has to decide what those are.
