Don't worry, the win will be recognized right away whether the game was played here or in Salt Lake City. If it were in Maricopa County, it would take at least a week to get the results. Thankfully the Hockey Club relocated, so it shouldn't be a problem.

The Jets should try to get the Jets 1.0 history back from the Coyotes franchise, since it is currently on hiatus. The Coyotes will probably want to get their history back when they get an expansion team with the Suns owner but there is no way that they care about the Jets history. I don't think they cared much when they had a team.

Utah is very hot and cold so I am not really sure what to expect from them. They looked amazing when they played the Flames earlier this month but they also had a meltdown for the ages against the Sharks (of all teams) on home ice. We have usually played well against the Coyotes, but we have an established history of making Vejmelka look like peak era Patrick Roy. I don't know if it will be him or Connor Ingram though.

Utah Hockey Club is a great name nothing anyone can do about it next year will also be Hockey Club it's perfect Utah did a great job 
Utah owner is not an idiot. He made an EXCELLENT business decision to NOT name the team immediately as they generate revenue from the Utah Jersey this year, and again next year when all fans have to buy a new jersey with the new name

Since there will be no meaningful results from the Other Thing Happening Tonight until after 11 pm, I shall be glued to the Utah game. Especially if I turn my phone off. I'm expecting the Jets to continue flying around the ice like they have been doing and racking up their amazing goal total.
Any word yet on who is starting in goal? Is it our perfect goaltender or the other older guy?

Connor Hellebuyck versus Karel Vejmelka is the goaltending matchup.
Winnipeg is 3-0-0 so far against the Central Division, with three one-goal victories in games against Chicago, Minnesota and St. Louis. The next three are against their closest rivals, with Colorado and Dallas following tonight’s tilt against Utah.

Interesting fact:
The famous police sketch artist rendering of the unibomber wasn't actually of the unibomber. The lady who had seen him initially had a sketch artist come and do the first sketch... and then when they sent another artist back to do it again, she was so traumatized that she ended up describing the initial sketch artist to the second sketch artist (instead of describing the unibomber)
