Idk why hockey is like this, every other sport has a set f***ing time for the game to start, on TV and on the field.

Everyone either has a kick-off, tip-off or first pitch time. Hockey is just we're aiming for 7 pm but realistically it'll start between 5 and 25 minutes after that time or whenever we get around to it.

Another service that everyone has to pay for is very annoying (though I’m guessing lot of people already have prime subscriptions), but that said, it’s nice to watch a broadcast where they actually give a shit about the product.

Sportsnet does the bare minimum because they lost so much money on the exclusive national rights, actual nice exterior shots, actual pre-game programming instead of just the panel, and the rink seems to be mic’d way better, I always hate how quiet sportsnet makes every rink sound.

And picture quality looks incredibly crisp.

Hopefully the end of one exclusive broadcaster in Canada because if they actually have to compete with each other it means they have to give a shit.
