We still have a lot of work to do to get a better core than we have now. We need another good defensman at the least and some GOOD grinders for the bottom lines
 
A goal would be nice this time. Not getting hemmed into your own zone all game would be great. I'm sure Dadonov will help 😉🤣

They need a number 1 D, a number 2 C, a starting goalie, and a PP quarterback.

I'm surprised it isn't more obvious to KH that he's getting as much for Drouin, Hoffman, and Dadonov as he got for Mattieu Perreault and Jersey got for PK Subban at last year's TDL.

I mean, maybe it's obvious to him, maybe it isn't. They're still three players who are signed to the team. You're not going to make them scratches every game if they aren't performing. Especially on a team that isn't really trying to compete for a playoff spot.

It'd be best to keep them in the lineup and hope that they turn it around so that they could be unloaded at the deadline (for Drouin and Dadonov at least).

All i remember was that Detroit being 45 points from the 8rh place before covid and they had 16 wins and 4 of them were against us .

It was the worst season of a team since early 2000s expansions.

I lost all hope in them amd on getting anything more than we got for Perreault last year at the deadline. Rather have them in Laval and see if Pitlick can get his game back up here.
