yup, it sure seems like this team gats along really wellAs soon as Jamie Brought up the Holloway injury Kyrou’s entire demeanor went to depressed and worried about Holloway.
I felt the same way after Thomas went down and when Broberg went down. 2 years ago they would have rolled over and waved the white flag.High character W for the Blues tonight. I thought they'd get trampled after Holloway went down.
You can't say that. Schenn is perfect. You have to blame Kyrou.
IF The Blues give Suter enough rest throughout the season, he should be able to give them quality games and more minutes later, when it will count more.Is this supposed to be funny or what? Kyrou is the golden boy who can do no wrong to some people. People act like Schenn is garbage when it's not the case at all.
Hell of a game from the bottom six. I've seen a lot of people talking smack about Faksa but he had a really strong game. Walker is one of my favorite Blues and I wish he could play every game. Also gotta give a shout out to Suter. He's been playing some damn good hockey lately to show the old man has some game left. Great team win.

I agree that we have to use him to the hilt right now because we're so shorthanded on NHL quality defencemen. He can get his rest and minutes rationing after Broberg comes back.True although we can't really afford to give him much rest at the moment. Him, Parayko and Faulk are doing some pretty heavy lifting with Leddy and Broberg out. Suter is playing some pretty crazy minutes right now and leads the team at +8. Pretty impressive considering he's the oldest skater in the league.
I thought Bolduc played well in the minutes he got, but this is 2 games in a row he’s only played 10 mins.
If they’re only going to give him 10 mins, especially on a night when another forward goes down with an injury, then you may as well just send Bolduc down to the A to get big minutes.
Easy to pay only league minimum when he’s getting paid be like 3 other teams too lolSuter is pretty f***ing good for league minimum
Plus bonus money, so not league minimum.Easy to pay only league minimum when he’s getting paid be like 3 other teams too lol
I’m not saying he should be playing over other players, I’m saying if you’re not going to play him then it may be best to simply send him down so he can get big minutes in the A.Whose minutes should have been cut last night to give Bolduc more ice time? Faksa, Walker, Sunny and Torpo played great and even Saad only played 13:30. I thought Bolduc played pretty well also but coach isn't gonna put him in when we're protecting a lead in the third period.
The guys I mentioned have all earned the coach's trust defensively but I wouldn't trust an inexperienced rookie like Bolduc to protect a lead against a team like Tampa. I'm guessing that's the main reason his ice time is less than the others.
That's because you were correct about it being a blood flow (and nerve) issue, rather than trachial/breathing or serious bleeding issue. They knew that there was no damage to the front area, so it could only be a pressing on a nerve or artery that could result in less blood flow leading to dizzyness and passing out, and they needed to be careful not to allow his neck and head to move in sudden jerky motion, which might cause more damage. And they had to perform an MRI in hospital, to determine the state of the internal damage.Looked like there was a pretty significant red mark on the side of his neck above the collarbone. Not sure what it could be other than some kind of blood flow issue, but I'm not an expert so.
It's a good sign that the medical staff weren't in overdrive mode to get him out of there. Obviously they were being quick, but it wasn't anything like the mad scramble on the bench when Bouwmeester collapsed.
