Is it too early to criticize JR's 2018 offseason yet? Re-signing Oleksiak has been good and the Riikola acquisition looks really good, but that really seems like his only good move this offseason. He committed $15.5 million to Rust, Hornqvist, Grant, Sheahan, Cullen and Johnson, those guys combined have 8 goals (4 from Hornqvist) and are -16 total.
