80% of the team are worse than they were last season. I think the young guys have done a commendable job of working through the rebuild but it's starting to take it's toll on them. Losing is becoming acceptable.

There aren't enough contributing veterans. Ideally, most of the kids would have lesser roles and it wouldn't hurt if they had an easier system to play. Most young players need 300 NHL games under the belt before we know what they are.
