Stars are (almost) putting up the points they're paid to put up. Everyone's hustling and trying. They're all being defensively responsible.

I agree. Credit where credit is due. Hopefully this is just our new identity.

My one area of concern is that they still don't stick up for each other. The hit from behind on Kerfoot on Thursday was worse than the hit from behind on Hughes. Look at the difference between how both teams reacted.

Im gonna chalk that up to the nucks being on the ass end of getting the brakes beat off them and not caring and the leafs having the lead and not wanting to take a dumb penalty and let them back in. Waye Train has already paid notice to the league that our stars are off limits.
